I have a 17 mth old son and have heard each pregnancy can be different. But can it be that much different? My last period was on Oct. 28th, 2006. My husband and I have had un protected sex. We aren't really trying to have another baby but not trying to prevent it either. About a week before i was suppose to get my period I had a brown discharge for a few days.(I never had this with my first pregnancy) Then it left as fast as it came. Well it is the 6h of Dec and I still have not got my period. I have taken 3 HPT's and they all were negative.(Also never happened with my first pregnancy) I have been feeling sick,(did have that first time), tired, my breasts are sore(didn't have that either),and just about everything else you would associate with a pregnancy. But since I have had 3 negative pregnancy tests is is possible I am pregnant but for whatever reason it isn't showing on the HPT? Please don't tell me to go to the doctor. I already called. I just want other people's opinions.

pregnancy tests are not a certain thing. especially if you take them early, in the first days after you get pregnant they might even be negative. sometimes in the first days after getting pregnant bleeding might occur (or a discharge) due to the nidation of the cells in the uterus. a blood test is the surest thing.

She could have had a bad experiment earlier than her interval given that the HCG hormone (the being pregnant hormone) could no longer were powerful sufficient earlier than her ignored interval. I'm guessing she took the ones 4 assessments while she was once overdue already, wherein case she's absolutely pregnant! Those assessments do not deliver fake positives, given that the HCG is most effective detected in a pregnant lady. No one else can get a optimistic. Four optimistic assessments? YES SHE'S PREGNANT! CONGRATS PAPA!

A brown discharge is usually old blood. Not that of a period. The tests may hay been negative if you did them to early. I would say you are. Good Luck. :)

I think you could be I would give it a few more weeks! Or you could just be stressed out and your body could be reacting to that or if you have increased your activity that could cause you to miss your period. I've went four months without having a period before and I wasn't pregnant and I wasn't on birth control either. My level of activity had just increased.....so give it a few more weeks and then see.....

I bet you are, but don't get too elated until your doc. confirms it. I've heard of women taking weeks to make a pee stick turn positive, but when they take a blood test their levels are high!
Good luck.
