Only if the semen is still on the lips when the lips touch the vagina of a women who is ovulating.
. . . Or are we talking the vulva (aka lips of the vagina)? If semen touches any part of the women's reproductive system, if the lubrication is right, pregnancy can occur.
Considering you're not sure, let me add something to the mix, since it sounds like you used the tried-and-true rhythm method (tried-and-true meaning women use it TO get pregnant, and using it as birth control is unwise). If your lover ejaculated outside of your body and did not flush the tubes with urine between a first and second ejaculation? He pre-ejaculates seminal fluid with spermatazoa in it . . . INTO the vagina, itself.
If you get out of this one not pregnant, you need to make sure if a penis nears your vagina, it needs to be covered in a condom and you need to have foam or a chemical birth control.
Intercourse is meant to make more human beings, with the side benefit that human beings derive intense pleasure from the act and can do it at any time, even during menstruation. If you want to use it as a pleasure activity, you need to protect yourself from the lifetime effects.
Pregnancy is only ONE thing which can happen. Herpes and AIDS are two diseases you may not have considered, and their lifetime effects are devastating. Other STDs can rob you of your ability to get pregnant when you are ready to be a parent.
