I am 12 and went shopping wit my mom and my brother and sister and they were pickin on me so kinda was in bad mood. My mom kept telling me stuff an like naggin me we used get along good but now shes like always mad at me so i started yellin back at her and even tell her 2 shut up and leve me alone. She said i was rilly being rude and yell at me in the store. When i got home she gave me a rilly bad spanking and i had to write about what i did wrong and i was still mad at her cos she didnt lissen to my side!! Was that fair or is she just bein mean???!!

but apparently she's upset some girls at school by dating a former boyfriend of a girl she has known for 3 years now and were considered friends (this girl now has a new boyfriend). she's receiving threatening phone calls, im's, etc. and is afraid to go to school. i've contacted the school and got an "i'm sorry for her problems" comment from her counseler, i'm waiting on word from her dean?!? daughter's not been quite honest with me on "who" these girls were (i found by logging into her msn and checking her "blocked" contacts) and she's upset with me. Yes i told her how i found out who was threatening her, i was honest in that respect, but in "snooping" i was trying to find out who these girls were to look out for her best interest. She says she wants to change high schools (2 in our town) to get away from these threats.

IS THAT THE RIGHT CHOICE?

Do I let her "run away" from her problems? Or should she faces her fears?

I have taken 4 preg test which all came out positive (the line was very light) but it was there. 3 of the 4 tests taken was a different brand too. I went to the Dr today and I came up negative on his urine test and now I have to wait for the results of the blood test. What would you think??? Am I pregnant? I am just really nervous because we have been trying.

I'm 38-39 weeks pregnant and I'm completely frustrated waiting for labour to start. I can deal with all the pregnancy symptoms and I gladly welcome the labour pain but this waiting is starting to drive me insane. I have tried everthing to speed up the process-except for castor oil (sex, walking, evening prime rose, rasberry tea leaves but nothing seems to work) I've had two false calls at the hospital ending up back home waiting again. I know I should try and chill out and that I be so over joyed when I see my baby soon but my hormones are really driving me nust. When I read some women's stories that they have three children or more with hardly any spacing I just wonder how they manage. Anyway My question is, is anyone else feeling utterly frustrated playing this waiting game? any tips to speed up this process? Thanks

i've been having these symptoms and my friend is telling me that i'm pregnant.....what signs will i get in the begining? i had sex on the 21st of last month and the condom broke i got my period a few days later and it was very light for 3 days when i usually get 7 days...the week after that i started having cramps like i was going to start my period and now my breast keep swelling on and off.

he has sever adhd and is on three diffrent medicens and we are just starting councling I love my son more than anything but I'm even getting to where I just dont know what to do anymore. nobody want to be around him becuse hes so out of control. Hes only 7 years old and already so out of hand I fear the future and on top of the adhd he is prone to vilonce hes always talking about killing this or that or someone. I feel like all I do is yell at him becuse he wont even listen to the most simple thing Please help

The first day of my last period was Sept 29. My cycle is irregular. I did an ovulation predictor and it showed a light LH surge ON the 18-19 and i ran out of sticks, so i might have ovulated sometime after those dates. From Oct 29-Nov 6 i was spotting brown, two day out of that week, i didnt spot at all. Since Nov 7 i started getting thin white discharge and i also had it Nov 8 which was yesterday. two days ago i took a blood test and it showed 1.5 HCG. someone told me to test after the brown spotting was done,so the hormone can start producing, the day i tested i was spotting very little. The Doctor said i might of had an ectopic pregnancy, but she did a pelvic exam and said that i was bloated, but im not having an ectopic preg. i though by then i was going to start my period but the bloating went away. Ive been having off and on headaches for the past week. I dont feel like my period is coming, what do you think?? do you think i tested too early?

Hi i just posted this Question and i have a few things to add to it! I am not on any type of birth control.. I am NOT under any stress... My fiance and I had unprotected sex on Sunday the 5th and took the morning after pill at 10 that night, and then, on Monday, I took the second pill, but I took it at 10:30am. I started my "period" on the 7th, but it is very light, but on time. Is it my period or the morning after pill side effects?

i feel sick,ive just this minute been in the loo to clean my little girls bottom as shes not long toilet trained.as she bent over for me i notices a dimple like hole.i remembered that when i was pregnant i saw a thing in a baby book like this but it was a little baby. it was something to do with spinabifida!!!!! please let me know as im very worried and obviously were going to the doc in the mornin but i need reasurance NOW that theres nothing wrong... im here waiting.x thanks a very worried mum, liz p.s. shes always been healthy.

That scenario played out for me one day as I was taking my wife and son shopping at Wal-Mart.
As I applied the park brake, I looked out the windshield of my VW Vanagon and saw in the new, sporty Mustang, a tiny head in the back seat. I spotted another tiny head way down in the front passenger seat as well. As I began to realize that these children were all alone in a very busy parking lot on a weekend, I became angry. "Where the heck are the parents?," I asked my wife.
We discussed the situation for a few moments and then we addressed the children (found there were three kids in the car and the oldest said he was 11, his little sister was maybe three or four, and then there was another little girl who was about seven years old. My daughter is 2 and is in desperate need of a haircut. She has had 4 already and she's pretty good when getting them. The problem I have is paying a hairdresser the $5 plus tip for 30 seconds of work. Now would I be crazy to attempt to cut her bangs and bangs only on my own. And if not any tips on how to do this.

I have a friend who is pregnant and she works for a company that has 12 employees. Shes not due until June, but she told him early to ensure that she would have maternity leave. Her boss told her she has 1 week with no pay. She doesnt mind not having the pay, but she is going to need more time than a week. My cousin gave birth to twins about 3 years ago. After she had the babies the doctors were unable to find one of the umbilical cords that was supposed to be attached to the other baby. Well just the other day as she and I were having a conversation. The umbilical cord from 3 years earlier started coming out of her mouth and she had to cough really hard just to get it all out. Has anyone ever heard of this happening to anyone else?

My 9-year-old daughter plays 'down' to a younger age group. She's more interested in LPS, than Barbie; and will watch Dora over Raven. I worry that the kids at school will make fun of her for this. Is this normal? Is this OKAY? Any suggestions to bring her up to a grade 4 level of entertainment?
