My 2 year old son has a cold. His nose gets very stuffy and filled up and he hasn't learned to blow his nose yet. (we're still working on that) So I am having to use one of those sucky things to help him out. But every time I get everything out he ends up with a bloody nose. Any idea why? I am very gentle when doing it and I am extremely careful not to go to far up in his nose but it still happens. Should I be worried? It doesn't bleed to the point where it is running out of his nose, just enough to make the edge of his nose red with dried blood.

the school is a good school but the teacher this yr is really hard on him he gets 2 spelling words wrong and it is a C i dont know how that can be and i dont even think that the words are wrong on the word not he put Not insed of the lower case letter now remember he is in a cast on that arm and his work is not net. what can i do

Before i took him home from the hospitalthe level was at 272...after treatment it came down to 192 then the doctor ask me to bring him home(don't know why because the good level would be below 150....but he's the proffessional).My baby boy is now about three & a half weeks old and still have jaundice so i went back for a second check.The level has RISEN to 260.The doctor says that the baby's poop is ok(yellow mustard).The doctor says it's normal for a child that is on breast feeding to have the jaudice slowly going down after the third or fourth week.Is it true???he also said that it's still better to breast feed than feeding formula milk.Is it true???I am confuse!!!Anybody that have any advise or expierience please advise.Through researsch from the internet Jaundice will go down after two weeks.Pretty worried.

I used a home pregnancy test which I understand is as reliable as the tests GPs use, so I assume I don't need to ask for a further test but do I need to go to see him anyway, or is it too early. I tested a week after my period was due.

A co-worker has a toddler who is very afraid to go to sleep at night because he can hear the wind in his bedroom. The house was built within the last 5 yrs. Already tried moving his bed from the outside wall to the inside wall, and putting a quilt over the window. Don't want to use ear plugs as the child has sensitive ears and had some trouble hearing his first few years (and was a late talker). Any ideas?

Been trying to get pregnant with first child for several months. Last period started on September 22. Obviously, hubby and I have had sex since then. The last couple of weeks I've had dizziness, a lot of nausea, some cramping and pain very low in my back. Have not tested cause it seemed too early for anything to show up. I thought maybe my period was coming again. Yesterday, Oct. 26, I had a small amount of red/brownish blood on toilet paper after using the bathroom. Nothing since then. Is it possible that I'm pregnant? I've NEVER been before so I'm in new territory. Any help is appreciated.

My husband says he wants kids but yet he makes smart remarks about how aggravating they are & how much money they take. He is confusing me so I'm not sure if he wants kids or not. Sometimes he says that he would love to have one right now & that it probably wouldn't be bad to be a daddy but then at other times he is making those negative remarks & acting like he doesn't. Is he just nervous & scared about becoming a father? Why would he say that he does but then turn around & act like he doesn't want one. Money shouldn't be a problem because we both make really good money. I've been ready for about a year now but I'm waiting on him. Did anyone else experience this? HELP!

In my first trimester I was miserable, I spent all day extremely nauseous and uncomfortable, then around 12 weeks it all went away. I got my energy back and I wasnt sick anymore! I am 15 weeks now and the last few days I have been nauseous again, not as bad as in the beginning but enough to bother me. Is this supposed to happen? Do you think this is just something weird that will go away? I am not extremely concerned about it I just want to know if this has happened to anyone else and if it will probably go away again.

Hello, i make up 180mls bottles and have to measure them out into another bottle he driinks 150mls now and when i feed him the 180mls he just drinks 100mls and refuses to have anymore but when i give him the 150ml bottles he drinks it all and burp and is Happy.. why is that??

Last Christmas, My in law family went down to N.Carolina and I was pregnant with my daughter and my son was 14 months. My mother in law made a comment to my husband, ( which she isn't his real mother she passed on) and he was very upset and left. I stayed and I heard all of families negative comments. When my husband returned I told him what they said and then they backfired on me, saying "why don't you just talk to Katrina since she will tell Travis everything", and I said "Of course I will, he is my husband!" I felt violated with the whole family staring at me. That put a rift in the tides and every since that they have apologized for being stuck up to us. Is she just trying to be nice to us because she wants to see the Grandkids? We have lunch together sometimes and it lasts for 30mins and then she splits and she never really is into my conversations. I know I probably already answered my question, but I need to hear it from someone else. Tell me I am crazy or not.
