Been trying to get pregnant with first child for several months. Last period started on September 22. Obviously, hubby and I have had sex since then. The last couple of weeks I've had dizziness, a lot of nausea, some cramping and pain very low in my back. Have not tested cause it seemed too early for anything to show up. I thought maybe my period was coming again. Yesterday, Oct. 26, I had a small amount of red/brownish blood on toilet paper after using the bathroom. Nothing since then. Is it possible that I'm pregnant? I've NEVER been before so I'm in new territory. Any help is appreciated.

The spotting could be implantation bleeding. The cramping could be from the implantation as well. The nausea and dizziness are early signs of pregnancy. Sounds very possible that you are pregnant. Take a test. Buy the 2 pack test because if the spotting was implantation, your hcg hormone level might not be high enough yet to be detected on an hpt. If it comes back negative, then retest in a few days. Your hcg level doubles every 2-3 days. Even if the second test comes back negative, if you don't get your period then have your doctor do a blood test. I'll go ahead and tell you congratulations because it sounds like you are pregnant. It depends on how regular your period is. It is now 5 weeks since your last one. Is this normal for you? Has this happened before? If so, then wait a couple of more days and if nothing happens, take a test.
If you are regular at 28 days then you are now one week late and it is possible the bleeding you saw was normal implantation spotting - fertilized egg attaching to uterine lining- and you could very well be pregnant. Test now, if this is the more likely scenario.

ya its possible u could be pregnent .ur all symptoms showing that ur pregnent .but take blood test at doc s office which is 100 % accurate .dont depend on home tests those are not accurate what i guess.u said u got some browinsh discharge ,that could be ur implantation bleeding or may be ur periods are on the way.did that spotting stopped in a day ?anyway ask ur doc for blood test which will show postive if ur pregnent .i wish ur result will come positive.good luck.

R u regular cycle???if u are then you may be ...take the test of first morning urine...also start taking multivitamins or Folic Acid daily....the best vitamins for conception is "Pregnacare",belive me it really work...only i
have taken 23 tablets and on 24th day i took a test and it was positive...still i'm using it...eat healthy diet including fresh orange or fresh
orange juice daily...dont take any stress...and a joyable sex ...

well unless your cycle is over 30 days then your most likely pregnant...take a test and find out

if your period is not usually late,you might be pregnant.go take a test.
