i have just heard so many diffrent things while being pregnant and just wondering when did you first feel movements with ur baby??

Im a new mother, baby girl is 5 days old. I have a couple of new mommy questions
1. right now she is sleeping with me and my husband, which is fine for NOW, but when should she be sleeping in her crib? During the day I do put her in her crib so she can get used to it, but at night time she wants nothing to do with it. I have a night light in her room so it is not pitch dark..I just don't her to get to used to sleeping with us. Any Tips?
2. I am bottle feeding and I have the formula where you do not need to add water. Can she drink it cold or do I need to warm it up? Is powerder better or liquid??
3. Do you know any good bottles? I have had problems with bottles, she would suck and suck and nothing would come out and by the time something would she tired of sucking and her little tummy was full of air. I tried the Playtex VentAir and no no. Right now im using the I think Playtex DropIns? Its seems to working good but if anyone nows of a REALLY good bottle i would love to try them.

My 11 month old daughter isn't crawling and we've never been able to get her to support herself on her legs - not even as a newborn. My other daughter didn't walk until 20 months but she was defenitely crawling by 10 months. My 11 month old (Emily) is just showing no interest. I'll put her on the floor and arrange her toys around her so that she can't quite reach them (hoping she'll move) but she just gets upset and whinges and then starts playing with her belly button or whatever she can find. I often get down on the floor and try to coax her to come to me and she'll stretch her arms out but if she can't reach that way she doesn't try anything else. I'm not sure if I should be worried - especially with the standing thing - I've really tried to teach her to take her weight but it just doesn't seem to be happening. What should I do or am I just being an over worried mum? :)

Im 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I have been dialted at 2 and 70% effaced for a week now. This is my second pregnancy. They did a non-stress test Sun. and said that Im having contractions that are only lasting for 23 to 24 sec. just enough to get on my nerves. The Dr. gave me tylenol for my back pain and sent me home. When will they keep me and break my water or do something to move this along.

I lost my pack and missed three days in the first pack of birth control I have ever taken. When i first started the pill (first day starter) I bled for the first week and a half of the pills, four days later I lost my pack. the third week I bled very very very lightly only in the mornings for six days, no cramping. If that was my period I should start in a few days. I discontinued the pill for fear I might have gotten pregnant. I'm having a few signs of pregnancy but it would be about four days before my missed period. is there any way to tell if I ovulated and if that week of very light bleeding was a period?

My friends always tell me I'm gorgeous or pretty [but I don't agree...I have really low self confidence], but I don't have a boyfriend and not a lot of boys ask me out. Here's a few pictures...tell me if you need more to come up with a possible explination for this.

I just had my ultrasound and saw that my baby is healthy and ACTIVE. Wow, that baby was sure moving around. Today I started to feel some cramps in my lower abdomen on either sides of my uterus. What could this cramping be? I would have asked my doctor, but I didn't have the pain till later today. Please no overdramatic people please.

i took an HPT 2 weeks ago and it was negative , then i had my period, i believe. i was 5 days late, lasted 1 day, stopped for 2, lasted 1 day, stopped for 3, light spotting. now my breasts hurt so bad that i cry when they are touched. ( i brushed up against a wall and my nipple felt like it was on fire!) im also having extreme gas, bloating, frequent urination and nausea. my conception date would have been 6 weeks ago. what do you think.

fertility question?
hello everyone. I am a 21 year old female. I have been with my fiancee for 3 years. We have been trying for 7 months to get pregnant. I went to the gyno today for my yearly checkup. I asked him if there was anything wrong with me that would prevent me from having children. He said that there doesnt seem to be anything wrong with me and that if i go see him when I have been trying for 12 months and still havent conceived he will do more testing. I just wanted more advice from mothers on here. When we try he is always on top and we make love every other day when I am supposevly ovulating. So just any other advice would be very much appriciated-also are there any natural herbs that would help us? Thanks so much! Angi

My 19-month-old son has an ear infection. When his doctor looked into one of his ears, he also noticed that there was a considerable wax build-up in there as well.

I've also been concerned lately that he doesn't hear me very well, which I mentionned to the doctor. Because of all these factors, my son is being referred to an ear, throat and nose specialist. The waiting time is approximately 3 weeks and I don't want to wait that long. Should I take him to the hospital right away where I know there is a specialist at hand, or as the family doctor suggested, should I wait until my son is done his antibiotics in 2 weeks and reassess as this time.

Any thoughts?

I have been taking the ovysmen pill for 2 months. on day 4 and day 7 of taking my second 21 pill pakcet i had unprotected sex then from day 10 I was in hospital and could not take anymore pills, i have not had sex since but could i be pregnant or would I be protected?
