Lol dont worry man my teacher said the same thing when i was in 8th grade and i threw a aluminum ball at her head and she started crying. Those things hurt im tellin you!!!

its a myth, and actually what it is, is that studies show that girls mature mentally faster then boys, but the boys do catch up and some girls just never mature period, still talking like they are babies even after they are married, using pouting to get their way and all that yuk.
the teacher's remark was not correct but it is neve a good thing to get your teacher angry because she has the power to fail or pass you. or make sure that your grade is just enough to pass even if you deserve a better grade, this is why statutory testing is improving the way our children are being taught, so to speak, to also keep the teachers learning better and more effective ways of teaching.

Well... actually I think girls do have more brainpower than guys.... problem is... most of us dont use it.
But yes, that was a sexist statement. But, I have heard a lot of teachers say stuff like that.
I think you should just let it go though.

you shouldn't have got smart with your teacher. afterall it is true us girls do have more brainpower that the guys so i'd say take advantage of it while you're young, your brain is like a sponge and gets "fuller" so to speak as you get older

i hate to tell you but research backs her statement up testosterone hinders brain function thats why most jocks are not as smart and the nerds are so geeky the jocks have more testosterone than the nerds and guys more than girls sorry fact of sience she just worded it wrong is all don't get your jock strap in an uproar
