I lost my pack and missed three days in the first pack of birth control I have ever taken. When i first started the pill (first day starter) I bled for the first week and a half of the pills, four days later I lost my pack. the third week I bled very very very lightly only in the mornings for six days, no cramping. If that was my period I should start in a few days. I discontinued the pill for fear I might have gotten pregnant. I'm having a few signs of pregnancy but it would be about four days before my missed period. is there any way to tell if I ovulated and if that week of very light bleeding was a period?

Don't risk it. Test for pregnancy and or see your doctor. It is possible if not probable that you are pregnant.

If you kind of got messed up on your schedule then your probably not pregnant especially if you experienced light bleeding and well... hormones can play havoc with tricking you as symptoms of pregnancy. But think of it this way those pills make hormones that mess with your system the same as if you were pregnant so its unlikely to be a +. Also its just about impossible to ovulate while taking the pill as this is what makes it effective as a birth control. Hence you shouldn't worry too much unless you think you really missed your schedule enough to actually become pregnant. Wait a few days, take a HPT and you'll know soon enough!

if you are- be a responsible person and immediately get to the doctor. Stop the pills if positive.
