and im 35 weeks preg, i told the doc about the severe pressure in my uterus, and he measured my belly and did a mini ultrasound and sais youre baby is big, it looks like he is 7 pounds, so he gave me a slip to get a ultrasound, somewhere else to see the real weight of baby, has anyone ever had a big baby, and if so do you have to give birth naturally, or have a c section? also my two year old only weighed 7 pounds 12 ounces, why is this one bigger?

before it becomes a bigger problem in her adult life, I dont lie and neither does my husband, Im pretty sure she learned it from my husbands mother ( the grandma) and her child... because the grandmother is a compulsive liar...she lies about every little thing, and I have been catching my little girl up in lies, she does it because she knows she will get in trouble for things that she does, today I caught her with pop in our living room and shes cant have it in the living room because of all the spills, she told me first that it wasnt her then told me that she brung it in here for me... How do I correct this... I have talked to her many times about lying being wrong, have punished her with grounding but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know of any disciplinary tactics to keep her from doing this aside from spanking her? She has been spanked before but I prefer not to spank her over something thats not as major

The first day of my last period was september 19th, (I am on a 24 day schedule) We are trying to get pregant, so we aren't using any protection. Everything is making me want to gag. I have never really felt like this. I know that it is really early for signs, but is it possible that this could be a sign already. If so, would a pregnancy test give me an answer yet?

I know it is different for everyone, but there is probably some common feeling or thought that women have that indicates to them that they are ready for motherhood.
I am 27 and in a wonderful and loving relationship which I am hoping becomes marriage within the year. Having a baby is exciting and wanted by us both but I still feel so scared. Any advice?

Hey everyone, yet another question. My friend just sent me a text message saying that she still needs a....either DMC or DNC. I don't know the abbreviation, but I do know it's the procedure you get when you have a miscarriage and they clean everything out...that's how she explained it. Anyway, she told me back in June that she needed this. The thing was, she was bleeding everyday, non stop for a month, and she says that she still is. All this bleeding is tiring her out, because she feels like it's a non stop period. When she went to the Dr. before she knew about the miscarriage, that's when they told her that she'd been pregnant, had a miscarriage, and would need a DNC/DMC. So, she says that they don't do them in the place that we're from, and that the other places she could go to, don't have appointments available for a long time. I don't know if she's telling the truth, or just really can't afford it. My question is, could not having one be dangerous to her health?

We are looking for a new vehicle for a family of 4. We travel by vehicle a lot so we need room for us and luggage and baby necessities (stroller, swing, etc,). My husband is leaning towards a Durango, but I have heard they are terrible gas hogs. We travel 1400 miles one way 4 to 5 times a year to go visit family. Any suggestions?

My 6 month old son has some mild diarhhea yesterday and today his stool has been more solid, but it's a weird gray-green kind of color. I know it sounds gross, but he hasn't had that color stol before. The closest was when he swtiched to formula from breast milk and that wasn't even this color. Is that normal? I know I may seem overly concerned, but he's had a cough for the last 2 days and I want to make sure he really is sick before I taking him to the doctor. If I can care for him at home then I would like to.

I like to relax in the evening, so I have a 12 oz beer or a small glass of wine every day before dinner. I never go beyond that.

My 2 year old child watches this and she says that daddy is drinking juice.

So is it OK for me drink before child every day?

Appreciate your responses.

I am about 45 lbs overweight and 15 1/2 weeks pregnant. A very obese woman once told me that she never felt her baby move. She is about 90 lbs overweight. Is this common? I am very excited to feel my baby move for the first time...and she has me worried that I never will.

How many parents have been able to set a daily schedule and actually follow it? I'm trying to set up a more routined week. Like doing certain chores on certain days. And then a planned out day with a certain time for the chores, and for exercise, as well as time for meals, and play time with the kids. Is this easier and will it make life more organized. Or is it better just to do whatever and go with the flow through out the day? I'm having a hard time getting everything done and keeping the house clean. Any ideas or advice? My kids are 3 1/2 years, 21 months, and 2 months.

I am wondering if I could be pregnant because 2 weeks ago my bf and I had sex and now i am experiencing some "symptoms". I have not yet missed my period (its due in about 2 weeks) but I have been feeling slightly nauseous and my stomach feels constantly bloated. (its a feeling like i have gas but nothing relieves it). Is it possible that if I was 2 weeks pregnant i would already be noticing these symptoms? I cant take a test yet as i think it would be too soon to show.

My 4 yr. old daughter continues to have accidents every day. (Only #1, never #2) It's usually just 1 a day, but happens every day, either at pre-school or home. I have tried treats, punishments, funny games and songs, even taken her to the doctor twice to make sure there was no medical problems. She just won't stop and go potty! I AM STUMPED!! Any suggestions???

I was 2 days late as of yesterday , I have had some symptoms of PG. I went to the BR this am and wiped after I went to the BR and there was a pink tinge. I have no menstrual cramps and am lightly spotting. I did take a test last night because of my in-law pestering me to take one. If I do not start an actual period I might take another byt the end of the week. Any of you had this experience and actually been PG?

I understand that having a child in wedlock is the ideal situation but it just doesn't always happen that way. I had my son eight months ago and since having him my life has only gotten better. I am not with his father but the man I am with loves him like his own. I started online schooling and I no longer live at home. People who say that you will never become anything in life after having a baby out of wedlock don't really know people who improve their lives for the child's benefit. I can say without a doubt if I had not had my son I would not be on the road to where I am today. For those of you who are wondering I am 24 years old.
