I know it's not necessarily a game, big picture books or flash cards. Have him point and say what something is in it, just keep repeating it to him back and forth you then him etc. Start with easier words like dog, cat, truck, etc. or get the alphabet flash cards. Have him start learning the abc's and pronouncing them. He'll get it, we all do :)

Get DVD's and watch them with him and have him repeat the words with you, That is what I had to do with A.J. He also had a every hard time matching colors and remebering colors, so I had a book and I would ask him to find red things for me and I would reward him sometimes, because he really never wants to learn, always just play with cars

my son in 2 and a half and he still does not speak clearly all the time you just have to speak clearly to him i notice i talk fast so he says what he hears, just speak slowly and clearly he is still kinda young too

Play ring around the rosie. Singing the words will help him to learn to speak better.

Sing songs and read books with him, also just talk constantly with him about everything, it will come to him in time

i would have to say, sing to him that should help the talking...my son is 14mo and he thinks he's singin whenever i am. it is cute as hell. give it a shot and don't worry soon enough u won't be able to shut him up

he will talk more clearly in his own time, don't push him. he may regress.
