i had my period on 9-06 and i spotted on 9-23 but just for one day. i havent yet missed my period, i'm not on birth control but we use condoms.

There's alot of discussion of teen parenting, and I think that we should clarify. Being an eighteen year old parent is not the same as being a sixteen year old parent. Perhaps mentally, but you are an adult legally at eighteen and have rights and responsibilities like any other adult.
When I think teen parent, I think legal minor, high school age. I know that "eight" is followed by the word "teen", but you're not a teen parent - you're a grown up. in reference to another person't post, I do think it is misleading to younger girls when mothers eighteen and older identify themselves as teen parents. These women have options younger girls don't, such as working full time, signing a lease, voting, having legal guardianship of thier children, not needing parental consent for certain medical care, GETTING MARRIED, etc...
Does this strike a chord with anyone else?

We have only had it a couple days and i could take it back but it says it is for 9-36 months so i am undecided he doesn't seem to understand that pushing the button makes the tv do something any hints on helping him understand the toy i have tried to play with it with him and point things out like pushing the button and then pointing to the tv or just letting him play with the controller by himself. opinions on if I should wait to see if it is better when he is a little older or take it back.

i have a lot of cm.. it's very thick and lotiony.. my breasts are sore too.. buts its only been about 4 days past ovulation. i dont have any bloating or cramps.. this morning i was feeling hot, and now im cold.. does that have anything to do with pregnancy? i dunno.. i klnow that i have to wait.. but theres no harm in asking questions right??

I am hoping to get pregnant with my first child soon.

I am at a healthy weight now and very physically active.

If I walk daily and eat very healthy while pregnant would I gain tons of weight? I plan to eat 300 extra calories in the second and third trimesters as recommended. (Or more if my doctor says so.)

I don't mind gaining weight for my pregnancy, I just don't want to gain more than 30-40 lbs.

A friend of mine gained 70 pounds during her pregnancy, and it was not water weight! I guess it just kind of scared me. That can't be healthy for the mom or baby.

How much weight did you gain during your pregnancy?

Any advice?

He whines for the littlest stuff, from being told to do something, to not getting his way, or messing up on PS2. It is horribly annoying. He also makes obnoxious noises most of the time, screams for no reason, and is just all around LOUD. and no, he is not retarded or autistic. just annoying.

Why is everyone always arguing over abortion? It doesn't matter if you're pro-life or pro-choice, all that matters is that a baby is aborted every 24 seconds. Seriously, right now an innocent baby is living and growing in it's mother's womb and the mother is in the doctor's office and about to have her child killed and thrown in the garbage. Ok my cycle is from 30-34 days its always different....On average 32 days. My last period was 33 days from the one before. Today is day 32 and I took a pregnancy test which came out negative....Was it still too early to test should I have waited until 34?
