Would that have any effect at all? Since it is very rare that semen comes out that fast? Like is the semen the only thing making them pregnant? Not really the pe**s? If you pull it out before it comes out, then its safe right?

Pulling out is one of the least effect methods of birth control there is. I would not reccomend it for any reason, it does not work.
You know what they call people who use pullingout as a method of birth control? Parents

The pull out method is not effective. Semen comes out before a guy ejaculates and many women get pregnant every year because of this.

its semen coming in contact with the egg. If you use the method of pulling out thats ok but if you have any preejactulation she can still get pregnant...you might want to try using a condom or her using birth control of some kind.

Any semen that comes in contact with the egg fertilizes it if the conditoions are right. Most effective ways not to get her pregnant are to have a vasectomy, use condoms correctly, or for her to be on birth control. The safest sex is to not have any intercourse (not fun, I know).
They call men who "pull out" fathers - it doesn't work. Actually, sperm can be found in secretions not ejaculated, just when you get wet.
There are many other ways you both can enjoy each other sexually without penetration.

Wrong. It is the sperm that is not just in the ejaculate. Some of the fluids that come out as part of the early lubrication can have sperm in them There are lots of pregnant women who thought that speed in pulling out by their lovers was a dependable means of contraception.
You need to take a sex education course before you become a teenage parent.

semen is what makes the girl pregnant. it is what fertilizes the egg. But you cannot rely on the pull out method. If you are really worried about wear a condom.

the semen containing sperm-yeah that make a woman pregnant, if you know what you are doing then no woman you come in contact with will never get pregnant and if you are smart enough, you use condoms or birth control.

The "p" does not have to be inserted to get a girl pregnant. If the "girl part" opening comes in contact with come she can get pregnant, this includes any pre-ejaculation. It is rare, but hat does not mean it can not happen to YOU.

No it's not safe. There is sometimes a little pre-ejaculate that can have sperm in it. I once knew someone who got his girlfriend pregnant even thought he pulled out early. You should be using condoms, anyway. Safe sex is always the best bet.

Semen is the fluid that contains sperm! But sperm do not have to have semen to exist. You can get pregnant by the random sperm that can exist on the tip of the penis. A small amount of semen does come out when you get an errection. SO pulling out is never totally safe!
USE A CONDOM!
