Before you switch to soy due some research on the internet about the dangers of soy. If you can buy an organic soy formula it might be safer.

is you child showing a allergy to milk? i have my son on the soy with iron but he has a milk allergy...... if you do try to get the premade ready to serve milk..... i heard that the powder causes gas.... which may or may not be true..... Riley did not do good on the powder it did cause lots of gas and discomfort for him. just ask their doctor.... if there is no reason to switch other than u heard that soy is better i would personally leave them on what they are on..... messing a baby tummy up is soooo easy....

your 4 mo old is on enfamil ar for a reason correct? if so do not switch her formula until the doctor says its alright. switching her could cause problems like spitting up belly aches i'd first get the drs ok before i switched her/him. good luck

I don't know if it is true or not, but i've heard some pretty bad stuff about soy. I'd do a yahoo search and read up if i were you. Personally, I'd think milk base would be healthier than soy.

I would ask your doctor first. sometimes that can get a bad reaction if you switch formulas. but the doctor will be able to observe what goes one for the next week and tell you they think it will be okay.
