Ok my cycle is from 30-34 days its always different....On average 32 days. My last period was 33 days from the one before. Today is day 32 and I took a pregnancy test which came out negative....Was it still too early to test should I have waited until 34?

As long as your periods are exactly 30-34 days every cycle then I say wait until the 35th day and take a test. Use first morning urine that day too. You should know for sure by then. However there are rare cases where HPT won't pick up a week or so later than your missed period. And there are some cases where HPT will never pick up a + but that is extremely rare. Also if you do get a negative I say go to your family doctor or ob/gyn if you still have not started more than a week later and you are still getting negatives. They will do a blood pregnancy test. This will give a definite answer. Oh and just so you know a blood pregnancy test can be done as early as 10 days past ovulation so you could even have one done now since you are already due for your period. Good luck!

The earlier you test, the more likely you are to get a false negative result. I know it is so hard to wait, but if you are pregnant, it will show up better after your missed period.
I had a pregnancy in which I tested every day for five days before my period was due. They were all negative. Then, I got what I thought was I period and assumed I wasn't pregnant. I was wrong! A test came out positive two weeks later.

Maybe you should wait 5 days after the due date. Get one of the ultrasensitve tests, like first response. Do the test two times if you still have doubts. The best is to due it with the first urine of the day.

I suggest you retake the test in 3-4 days as it might be that your HGC levels are not high enough for detection yet! If still neg and you still haven't had your period then see your GP

It may have been a few days early. I would give it another week or two and try another one. If you still havent had a period by then I would go to the Dr. Best of Luck!!!!

I would give it another week and try again. Usually, they say to wait until you are 5 days late. Also, EPT can test for an earlier hormone variant than other tests. If you are really anxious, try one of those tests.

you are supposed to wait until you are at least 5 days late...i'd say wait another week or so and try again.
