I have been sick a little bit, but not as bad as people tell me I am suppose to be. Im not as sick this time as I was with my first born and there was only one baby then. Is it normal not to be very sick with twins? My main symptoms are very sore boobs and extreme fatigue.

Two of my friends told me not to have Papaya as its abbortive. But others said that they never heard that. I have very sweet papaya 's in my garden at present and I am missing out on them.....but if they are bad for my baby I've no regrets.

I have a 17 week old son who, as yet, isn't weaned, nor any immediate plans to do so - he just doesn't show any of 'the signs'. However, without passing any judgements, I'd be really interested to know...
When did you wean your baby
Why did you wean them when you did?
What foods did you first try them on?
How was it?
I know there can be a great deal of conflicting views with regards to this issue - so I'd be really interested to hear REAL peoples views (not magazines, books, health professionals etc)

Seriously, Everywhere I go people are fawning over kids and showering them with presents, entertaining them rather than letting them entertain themselves, smothering them with attention. I think this leads to very materialistic, emotionally needy, uncreative adults that are unhappy and fill unfulfilled because mommy and daddy aren't worshipping them anymore. I've been thinking about this a lot because my wife's pregnant and I want a happy child, but also a child that can grow to be a happy adult.

Please be honest.
My husband and I are debating and I am ok with it, but I think we could find something that fits better. I was just curious what other people would think of it.

I went to the store yesterday and I caught my son shop lifting!!! What do I do in a situation like that and how should I punish him, Im very disappointed he would even consider doing something like that when I see to it he has everything he needs and has no reason to steal. I have a friend who is a police officer and I thought about calling him to see if he would talk to my child and maybe give him a tour of the juvinille detetion center so he is aware of what happens to kids that steal, is this a good idea or is there another rout I should take?

I think i might be pregnant but i am getting negative HPT results. This apparently runs in my family (nurse wants me to have more detailed tests) Here are the symptoms i am getting:-

Sickness,
Tired, .
Butterflies,
Funny feeling about 2 inches below belly button
Headaches,
Dizzyness,
I am 1 week late - I am as regular as anything even when stressed. I went throguh a marriage breakup last year where i thought i was going to die and i was still on time.

And i know this is going to sound weird but i feel the need to protect my stomach (am i going mad lol)

I have worked out that if i was pregnant then i would be roughly 3 weeks.

My mum had neg results till she was gone 3 months with me and my 2 brothers. (she actually didnt know with me till she was 5 months gone)

What do you think? Did you experience this?

I hope i am as we would be very happy.

Thanks. Carrie.

Hi,
Ive got a 20 month old baby girl, she is amazing and I love her to bits but during her birth I suffered badly, I ended up being rushed for an emergency c-section, the numbness had not gone deep enough so I felt them operating on me, so they then had to knock me out to deliver her, when they where operating my left lung collapsed and I ended up spending the first few hours away from her in intensive care.

I didnt bond with her at all, couldnt breast feed, and ended up with severe post natal depression afterwards for the first 8 months of her life.

Ive recovered with great help and support from my fiance and family and great friends, and were as close as can be now, but its getting to the stage when Id like to consider having a little brother or sister for her and Im worried.

Not so much that the same thing with the birth will happen - as ive since spoke with the consultant - but that I wont bond with the new baby, and how I'll cope.

Any advice? I would like another

Who the hell are they calling??? Parents do you honestly think this is responsible parenting?

And don't even give me the cr@p about they need to be in contact with you when they are out... they shouldn't be out without parental or another adult supervision (remember Holly and Jessica??)

Am nearly 6 weeks pregnant with 3rd child and have been having brown bleeding and mild aches on and off for the past 2 days. Had scan today which showed baby but no heartbeat;have been told to have another scan in a week as may be too early to detect heartbeat yet. Am trying to stay positive, but this has never happened to me before and the not knowing is making me crazy! Has anyone out there had similar experiences of this kind of bleeding or non detection of heartbeat? AAAAAGH...!
