I had a hcg trigger shot on the 15 day of my cycle. I had ovulation pains on the 18th day of my cycle. The nurse said I could ovulate 2ce, but does the shot ALWAYS induce ovuation w/in 36 hours?

yes even women not getting fertility treatment can ovulate twice.

Yeah. it can happen. That is how Fraternal Twins are produced (2 different eggs)
