im not really on bedrest the doctor just told me to get rest and i been doing that. but i think im ready and i just walked for 2 hours around a football game. is there anything i can do to start labor? im 39 almost 40 weeks. i also my membranes stripped 31 hours ago do i still have some time to start??? i just want to be normal again and i think the baby is gonna come soon and just want to start it a little faster please help =)

i when was adopted as a baby by my birth mothers cousins.
my real dad died before i was born,and my real mom was only 18.
nobody says anything to me but i think when i was born i was "just an expirement". i mean when young people have a baby at that age usually it means "you were their accident" right? well im 13 almost 14 and i kinda feel like a oopsie for them. i mean im trying to become alot more closer to my real mom and all but she lives 2 hours away from where i live and got married last year.if she down the road has another child won't she love he/she more than me b/c she's finally ready to start a happy family? help!! :(

i had sex on monday and its friday night. my tummys been feeling weird and i threw up tonight. afterschool me n some freinds went to play pool. ppl smoke there and so did we. i had 5 cigs and i puked. idk if its cuz i was lightheaded with all the smoke n all or if i AM pregnant. i hope im being parinoied!

My Adoption Story: I want to be closer to my birth mom....?
I am 13 years old,almost 14.I was adopted young is all I know.
Supposedly,when my birth mother was pregnant with me,my birth father died,which is true he really did.I didn't know all my life I was adopted in fact I haven't known that long at all!Well my real mom,I have known her as my cousin in the family.She's like a second cousin to my adoptive-dad.So I really am related to them.Nobody,has yet told me what age I was adopted at,but I can remember many things.I love my adoptive parents.But the problem is I haven't always been so close to my "was cousin..now mom".I mean I see her every now and then.Well just last week I saw her again,at my aunt's funeral.And the whole time her and I talked trying to get to remember each other better.I really want to be closer to her so bad! I miss her everday.Do you think her new husband will mind me or hate me? If she has another child wont she love it more?

I was recently legaly seperated but now we got back together and its working out good , during that time I was seperated I had sex with a old freind just once and I have been worried she could be pregnant. She had her tubes tied 17 years ago and she thinks i am nuts, She has had 2 normal periods and even took a home pregnancy test just to shut me up which turned out negative but I am a worry wart.

What do you guys think am I just be stupid and need to stop worrying about her being pregnant?

Also please don't flame me I am just a nervious person who always fears the worst with everything

i think that men should have a say in whether the woman gets an abortion or not. it's not fair that we have to pay child support if we don't want a child. and don't even say "well then don't have sex" that's not even the point.

it's like being charged for the fruit of a plant you accidentally grew. every month.

We just have a sex 9 days ago. I used condoms... i dont pull out my penis until we where finished. i test the condom that we used. It doesn't have any leak or opening. Is there a posibility that she might become a pregnant. When it comes to her menstration she is irregular. please help/

I'm 28 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend just left me last weekend. He is angry with me, he was drinking and got physical, I got scared and called the police but didn't have him arrested. The next day his mom told me I "crossed the line" and they came and got his things (he's 30 btw, not some teenager). Now i have to face the rest of this pregnancy and the delivery, without the father of the child a part of it's life. I feel so horrible and scared and lonely, I wish I could go back but i can't. How do you find the strength to go on? What am i supposed to tell the baby when it grows up and wonder why every other child in class has a daddy? What do I do if he tries to gain custody of some kind after the birth? Was I wrong?? My friends say no, but they're my friends, of course they're going to say no. maybe I shouldn't have called because he was drunk and didn't know what he was doing? How did I cross the line?

I am addicted to cofee in some ways:) I did drink it while i was pregnant, but in moderation. I drank one cup max a day, and if i did, i put real milk in there (half and half or whole milk) to add more benefits for the baby. Now since my baby is 3 weeks old, I hear that its not good to drink cofee at all while breastfeeing even in moderation. What do you guys think?

She is well fed before she goes down and often she gets a head rub to put her to sleep in our bed. Most of the time she just has to lay her arm across one of us to make sure we are still there. If she doesn't feel a human touch while going to sleep she rolls around and screams. When we try and move her, all hell breaks lose. We have tried music, a fan, complete silence, and anything else we can think of. Should we let her scream it out until she falls asleep or is that bad for her emotional well being. HELP
