The answer is probably 'yes' a person could survive on human breast milk his whole life.
But an adult needs a lot more milk than an infant does. And donated human milk is scarce and very expensive.
Also, many people develop lactose intolerance in adulthood. And you could end up farting a lot with this kind of food.

What would possess you to want to ask a question like that? Sometimes I wonder just what are people thinking of, and who would have the nerve to ask. As to your question... Why would you want to. And assuming that a woman would produce milk for an entire lifetime, the odds of a woman producing enough in one day are not good. Also, the woman who would be lactating would have to eat. Then I would think that the two people would just share the food and forget about the breastfeeding.

well you probably could but liquids only fill your stomach for a short time frame and you would be eating every 2 hours
