I am experiencing the exact same thing as you are. I was on Depo for six months and my last injection was early April. I just had my first normal period last month and I started spotting lightly about a week ago. Since the spotting, I have been feeling exhausted and I have had headaches. I really don't know if it is the Depo or if it was implantation bleeding or what.
It is really hard to tell if you are pregnant or if its just your body regulating from Depo. It takes a medium of 10 months to conceive once off the shot, most women ranging from 4 to 12 months. Some women take as long as 2 years to return to their regular cycles and begin ovulating again. Women off Depo sometimes have bleeding that appears to be a menstrual cycle but it is just irregular bleeding since they are not actually ovulating. I would suggest taking a pregnancy test and going to your doctor. Good luck to you and I hope that your results are positive when you take the test!!! If not, just be patient and your fertility should return!!

Its normal to have irregular periods when coming off the depo shot, but if you are trying to get pregnant and are 4 days late then wait a couple more days then take a test. Or go have a blood test done at a doctors office.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. After being off depo, it can take up to a year for your body to get back to it's normal schedule. A friend of mine has been having 1 period every 3 months for 9 months now. She was on depo for 3 yrs.

It's hard to tell, I was on the depo shot for a year, and it took a while for my period to regulate. your best bet is to take a test to find out or go to the Doctors, I wish the best of luck to you and your bf!
