My mom works in this field. I remember her telling me about checking your fertility and trying to only have sex on days that you're most fertile.
I know this sounds strange but she said that having sex every day actually can reduce your chances of getting pregnant.
You can buy fertility monitors over the counter at most drug stores.

Have you been to a fertility clinic . if you have , and there is no obviouse medical problem there . .
You need to relax , forget about being pregnant , and it might happen .
So many couples , spend years wanting a child , only to be successful after they have adopted . I think this happens because they are so intense about making a baby that it just does not happen .
Relax , don't make it a priority ,in bed , and with a lot of luck it , might work .

Search the Internet with Google.
Mostly you are going to get sarcastic remarks like, "Try having sex."
