Make sure you are drinking lots of water. I know it sounds crazy but when I went to the hospital for false labor with my son they told me if you are dehydrated you may not know it and it can hinder labor. Also squatting and rocking can help engage the babies head better down into the pelvis and help put pressure on the cervix. Lots of Luck! Hang in there hon your so close!

Sweetie I know it feels like forever, but it will come quickly, you have to let it just happen. Go get the baby clothes ready and sterilize everything...People always think they are prepared and then when the baby comes its share madness....Take your time and finish prepping the babies stuff, and relax...This will be your last opportunity to relax, that's what you really need to think about.

when i was 39 weeks the girls at work told me to eat some mexican food, walk around the mall and go home and have sex with my husband, i still had to be induced a few days later! the mexican food was really yummy though, so that made it worth while!
