Yes it is possible for an 11 month old to have behavior problems. If your child goes to day care, and sees other kids acting out they may start to do so also.

Not really possible - Some challenging behaviors are developmentally correct. They are not 'problems' that is basic child development behavior 101.
Toddlers can think but not logically. Here is a quote from DR. Sears "To cope with toddler behavior it helps to remember the basic principle of developmental discipline: the drive that babies have to develop is the same one that creates discipline challenges."
I reccomend his book on discipline, it will help you understand what is going on in the baby's head :) and you can probably find it at your local library. PS you can not spoil an 11 month old.

An 11 month old can absolutely have a behavioral problem. But remember, that at all behavior is learned - especially at that age. For example, if your child is throwing a tantrum at night because he/she wants you to lay with them it is probably because you have accustomed them to this. They learned the behavior and they can learn NOT to do it as well. This all depends on how strong you are not to budge. Stick to your guns. The first day or so will be hard but TRUST ME - it gets easier. Even at a young age like that children are exceptionally smart and know when they've got YOU doing what THEY want to do. GOod luck.

At this stage of child development the child is in need of formation and needs guidance to understand its environment. An 11 month old can have a particularly trying personality or temperment which requires firmer guidance and consistant if not constant hands on tlc.

Yes, I work with kids this age a lot and they can have behavior problems. Answering this is difficult, what do you consider to be a behavior problem?

That's kind of young to have behavioural problems.Maybe, just maybe he is spoiled. You can't help spoiling them when they are so young and cute. But even at 11 months old, they need to know what is right and wrong, good and bad.I bet he's just having a hard time with teething and has moods where he is tired or just needs time in his playpen to have alone time.

Not without a lot of training by the parents. If you are having problems at that stage, I'd strongly suggest parenting classes.
