My five year old boy fights me tooth and nail on absolutley everything. To the point where I am not enjoying myself in my own house anymore.. He starts Kindergarden next week. I feel incredibly guilty about my feeling of relief. HELP??!!??!!

is it ok? as long as i will cut the noodles in just right size for my baby? i will supplement it with fruits and veggie purees. it's not advisable for me to give her chicken/turkey yet coz she still have some rashes due to her fever last week..i don't know what other food to serve her besides fruits & veggies puree..thanks! c",)

I have a 15 month old and she doesn't eat much. She has cereal and milk in her bottle for breakfast, some yogurt or puree fruit for a snack before lunch. For lunch if I give her some pureed veggies and meat, she will have about 4 or 5 spoonfulls and won't eat anymore, so I end up giving her again milk and cereal and the same thing for supper. Its like she doesn't have an appetite and I don't know what to do. Should I see her doctor or does anyone have the same experience and know what to do?? Please help!

my baby is 11 months old. Mostly on stage 2/3 food and about 15-22 ounces formula a day. I heard I should gradually transit him to adult table food, but must low in salt otherwise may hurt their tiny kidneys. I have trouble to judge what is the definition for low in salt and get very nervous about it. What is the criteria for giving baby after 1 year of age table food?

dont get me wrong i like his name (carlos) but i dont know if i want my baby to have that name too...he is really dead set on having the baby be his namesake if its a boy... i just want the baby to have his or her OWN SPECIAL name....if its a boy, at this moment we'd name him carlos (after him) john (after my deceased father). any suggestions??/

I have a 2 yr old and will be 3 in 2 mos. and he only has like a 6 word vocabulary, I'm kind of worried that he is way behind because a friend of mine, her son and mine were born 27 days apart, but you can hold a conservation with her son. And sometimes my little boy whines I don't know what he wants since he really can't communicate. The advice that I got was to put him in daycare w/ kids his age, then he will start communcating better. He was also born a preemie, could this have something to do with it?

This mother needs to get a life! I read the article in our local London paper this morning. These children are too young to be in the house on their own using the stove, cooking their own meals. She is wasting her time camping out on her front lawn in a tent when she should be taking some parenting lessons IMO!

Me and my friend just found out we were pregnant but my friend isnt sure if she is gonna keep it because she is with her boyfriend and pregnant by another man, she's stressing herself out cause she really wants it but she doesnt know what to do, she's afraid to tell her boyfriend cause she thinks he will try to fight her and make her have a miscarriage.

Not to say its right but men some men cheat on their women and have babies and their women stick by them, I told her this may happen or may not happen but she has to be prepared for whatever.

Has anyone ever been in this situation?? and if so what did you do or what was the final outcome? I've been trying to help her out but she's getting more and more depressed.

I know some of you may judge but why, you are not GOD!

As of yesterday, I am 3 cm dilated. Today, when I used the restroom and wiped, there was a brownish bloody "show". I called my doctor and thats what he said it was. Anyways, I have had mild contractions for 2 days now. And yesterday, my doctor felt the baby's head. My doctor says any time now. What do ya'll think?

If a mother is married, and her husband is the baby's father, can the mother name her baby whatever she wants?

My wife jokes that she is going to make up some random name for our baby and since I am not the mother I don't have a say.

I am 36 weeks along and I'm having these pains that are shooting across the top of my belly and into my ribs, my stomach is kinda hard but a little soft at the top, ive been having them for an hour now and they are sharp pains. They are kinda like the pains I get when I have to have a bowel movement only a little sharper. i was wondering if anyone knows if this is what contractions are like. i have been at it since i was 10 years old no lie. I want to stop. i get cranky and irratable if i dont look at porn and masturabet at least 2-3 times a week.
