this was our 1st month ttc, however, i'm almost postitve we're not pregnant. When i talked to my doctor she said 90% will get pregnant in the first year. Only 25% the first month... so just keep trying, don't get worried yet! I know how impatient I am so it is easier said then done! I'll be 25, and been wanting a baby for so long, now my husband is finally ready... so it seems like forever : ) Good Luck to you, and keep us posted on things!

For my first baby it took 5 months. For my second one, it was an "oops" moment. We didn't use a condom only one time, and I still got pregnant even though he withdrew. My dr. once told me that it takes on average about 6 months to become pregnant (assuming you are sexually active and charting your cycles every month) It's not uncommon for it to take up to a year to conceive. Usually fertility docs won't even schedule an appointment until you have been actively trying for a year or more without success.

My husband and I ttc for 3.5 years before getting pregnant with our twin daughters who are now 6 months old. This of course, was with the help of injectables and IUI. Good luck!

The first time it took us four months or TTC before we got pregnant. (I had just come off of birth control pills.)

The second time was a surprise. It took one day of unprotected sex... that was 6 months after our daughter was born.
