Some women say they "Just know" they are pregnant right after conceiving. However:
Most modern home pregnancy tests are accurate enough to determine pregnancy seven to ten days after you conceive. But it is all too easy to get excited and test too early only to be disappointed and worried later. Most doctors will recommend that you wait until you miss your period before using a home pregnancy test. A second test to confirm the pregnancy is recommended two weeks later after the hCG levels have had enough time to become more concentrated in the urine sample. Most home pregnancy test kits will provide two kits for this purpose.

at least a month... some women swear that they can tell within 2-3 weeks. i found out when i was 5 weeks along. a good indication is a missed period followed by a test. however, just because it comes up negative doesnt mean that the woman ISNT pregnant, the hormone that is produced during pregnancy might not be high enough. sometimes though a blood test might better if the person still hasnt had a period and the at home tests are still coming up negative.

I'm not really sure I mean you miss your period but I didn't have many period and I was having stomach pains and thought it was an ulcer so I went to the hospital and they told me I was 3 months pregnant.

from everything ive read it can be as soon as two weeks but a preg test should be accurate by 1st day of a missed period
