It's difficult for me to understand that. "To move a great army, a massive military operation only to scare the enemy,.." for me, this tactic doesn't work.
I'm not a general, but i play karate and kick.boxing, and I know the secret of the fight is the study. To study the technics and upgrade them, and to study your enemy to create the good strategy to win against it.
The martial arts are study. And the war is a kind of "martial art".
I can't believe your military-brains really thought to scare the enemy to win a war. I can't believe that, cause this thing is impossible in the real life.
Nowadays, watching continuosly on TV your soldiers die, I saw a documentary on "Shock and Awe" strategy on History Channel. I couldn't believe that.. If you do a war, you first have to know every thing about your enemy and how it can react after your attack. A strategy who says "more soldiers your send, less the enemy will react", for me, it's inconceivable.
Am I wrong?

I'm joining the Navy because I want to serve my country. However, I have a family to feed, so I don't want the answer regarding don't join the millitary for the signing bonus. That being said, when do you receive the signing bonus for Navy reserves. I was told by the recruiters that it's up front signing bonus after you PASS your school. Please provide me with feedback. Is this accurate.

I need to read Meaghans speech, a speech regarding the navy. If you know what it is and how to find it please do so. But it u dont:

.............be a suicide bomber against the Talban & Iraqi insurgents.

I heard where animal trainers were trainingng the eagle, & camels, to be suicide bombers to counter the suicide bombers of the Taliban & Iraqi insurgents.

The eagles, I should imagine would only be capable of carrying small bombs - whereas the camel, the ship of the desert, would be able to carry much bigger bombs.

Do you think it will work - & be an effective strategy?

what do you think ? what should be the criteria for war crime? do you know in 1971 in Bangladesh 3000000 people were killed by Pakistan military? Is this incident war crime in your point of view? ........ Some give their opinion that it was a simply civil war. I just enlisted in Navy and I told the navy classifier at MEPS that I wanted to go reserves. Anyway I picked my job (MA) and received a ship date well on my contract it states I my name am enlisting into the Naval Reserves for a period of 4 yrs active and 4 years reserves. I took this as 4 yrs active reserves 4 yrs IRR. However, I then look at my A-school contract and it states 4 yrs active duty. So my contract states I'm going reserves and active duty and I think something got messed up in the paperwork process. Will I have to go back down to MEPS and redo everything. Thank you
