Yes, at least 22 AF bases. There are no Army or Marine bases. However, there are soldiers and marines that are stationed (i.e. American embassy guards).

Mostly US Air Force. They have 12 bases in The United Kingdom currently.

If by soldiers you mean Army or Marine Corps personnel then there are very few. Those that are there are mainly there to protect the bases. However, even then, as the bases are leased from Britain's Royal Air Force perimeter defence officially falls to the RAF Regiment and local police.

There are about 8 active USAF bases left in England, some large, some VERY tiny.
And there are 1 or 2 Naval stations.
No Army posts to speak of, although there are some army assigned here.
