Uh.....
The Taliban were the ruling force in Afghanistan prior to US involvement. The Ba'ath party was Iraq and isn't even "fighting"(there are some ba'athists toting RPG's but as a colllective entitiy...) That being said I'll answer your questions.
-If the Taliban took over Iraq they would rule with a warped understanding of the Koran. Same as in Afghanistan.
-The ultimate goal of the Taliban is the same as Al Queda the Mujadeen and the Insurgents in Iraq. To convert everyone , BY FORCE, to thier own twisted views of Islam. They wouldn't stop in Iraq, they'd see it as a victory and be emboldened to invade other nations. In the end thier goal is world domination fueled by a sick and twisted understanding See Nazi Gemany
-It is EVERYONES duty to stop the Taliban and Al Queda!!!! Our planet thrives because of our religious and social differences. Forcing everyone to believe what you believe is friggin' retarded. Anyone who does so has the mental capacity of a three year old('member when you tried to make things go your way and threw a fit if you didn't get it?!?).

I think you are using Taliban as a generic term for Islamic fundamentalists.
The Taliban have nothing to do with Iraq, they have never stepped foot in the country. They are not even Arabs, but Pashtun tribesmen native to Southern Afghanistan and Northern Pakistan, about a thousand miles to the east of Iraq.

WRONG because taliban=terrorist
terrorist=bad
If they take over Iraq? I say it won't happen... They try but they won't never take over...
taliban never will never have more power of what they have now. SO no answer for that.
Our duty is to protect against terrorist. And the ones that mastermind it. Got it?
I hope so.

It is not a matter of duty to stop the Taliban. It is an issue of survival.

The Taliban, as i my understanding, is hellbent on the destruction of anyone who is not a fundamentalist Muslim. If they had any power, they would be able to realize that, which is obviously bad for the rest of us.

in my opinion, iraq is not our problem, and we are not in danger at the moment. I do not approve of war, and i essentially hate this war. we should only be in war if we are being threatened, not for glory and to look like big shots. my friend and i argue about this all the time(he's in the army) so hmm... i hope this helps.
