told to do 25 push ups. Being the obedient person you are start right away. You get to three and things are going well, 4, 5, aren't too bad either, then you hit 6 and your arms start to shake, once you get to 7 you go down and then collapse. What happens then? I know at the end of basic training I will be better, but up until that point what happens when I fall on my face while trying to do push ups? Just so everyone knows I am working really hard to improve, so please no negative comments. I'm not an idiot and know that I need to keep improving. I'm just wondering what happens in this scenario. Thanks very much for the information!!!

With frequent accidents and bombings, do you think trains to Lahore are necessary? Is the railway ministry making money out of it and blaming the Pakistanis or terrorists?

I am red/green colorblind, which will disqualify me from a combat arms job in the Army. The Army has said that if I bring in a sheet signed by a civilian doctor saying that I passed the colorblindess test then I can get infantrymen (11B) MOS. Do the tinted glasses that claim they can help red/green color deficiency work? Will a doctor allow me to wear these glasses while taking the test so I can pass? 10pts to the most helpful answer.

Any reason these two cities were targeted. Are these two Japanese cities military centers with less civillian population, so as to minimize civillian death as far as possible.

Im a single mother of one kid.Im heavy set but have been trying to lose my weight. I just started a diet a couple weeks ago.I am really interested in a Marine recruitor in town. I have seen him face to face only 3 times--each time I have had my daughter with me and he plays with her--chases her around, tickles her, throws her in the air. Does that mean hes interested? The last time I saw him he kept staring at me like he wanted to say something. I havent told him Im intersted in him because I dont know how he feels about me. How can I get my feelings out to him without losing his friendship???? I have been told to ask HIM out but Im not that forward. What should I do????

Our well intentioned, but ineffectual laws controlling Prohibited Substances benefits Terrorists, gangs, and the maffia among other unsavioury "corporate citizens". It does not protect the young and the dumb cause it's just too easy to find a fix, isn't it?
Instead our Laws keep the prices of ilegal drugs so high that they are a very profitable commodity to traffick or trade or smuggle.
With the present Terrorism problem it's simply suicidal to keep the nanny state trying to protect the young and dumb from those substances. The young must be protected mainly by their parents, relatives and social support networks not by the police or by ineffective legislation. The dumb...who wants to get a high and die prematurely should have the freedom to screw themselves cause the War on Drugs is too high a price to pay to protect them.
Let's speak out for legalization of all substances and their regulation and taxation and for the treatment of addicts.

My best friend left for boot camp on Jan 31st, 2007. I want to write him but I can't find the Chicago location he was talking about, could it be Great Lakes? He wasn't exactly sure either.

He was pretty freaked out when he left. How would I find the address (and whatever else I need) to write him an encouraging letter?

Thanks to all.
