Contact the USO (United Servicemembers Organization) & they can put you in touch w a service member stationed overseas. The other alternative would be if you are in close proximity to a military base, you could contact the base chaplain's office & they could put you in contact w someone.

Great idea , I know from serving 6 years in the Navy, most of it on an aircraft carrier, that some mail is a HUGE morale booster!!
