I doubt it. It takes more than a picture to have someone discharged from the military. As a Sergeant Major I see pictures all the time, but not of certain "acts" taking place. The "Don't ask Don't tell" policy covers things pretty well. s

I am to assume that you are referring to a woman in the military and another woman that is her girlfriend, and you want to know if by having a picture of them hugging or whatever will she get kicked out of the military. Well if an officer sees it then yes, but if you run up to an officer and say HEY LOOK I am a lesbian it is harder. They will not believe you especially if you are due to deploy in the next oh 6 months. Girls hug all the time, I have a friend that is a strictly platonic friend that tells me all the time she misses me and she loves me, there are pictures all over the place of us hugging.
