This is the current pay rates for National Guard for a normal drill weekend ( two days)

E-1 -- $173.52
E-2 -- $194.52
E-3 -- $204.56
E-4 -- $226.60 less than 2 years service
E-4 -- $238.20 2 years service
E-4 -- $251.08 3 years service
E-5 -- $276.44

Guard personnel are only paid for actiual drilling dates.. and don't forget taxes will be taken out as well. Guard are not authorized any other pays or allowances unless they are activated for more than 30 days.

You will receive only your monthly drill pay, which is calculated based on your rank, time in service, and days you've attended drill that month. I believe it's around $200.
