I will give you the married with dependant BAH rate for Orange County:

E-1-- 1789.00
E-2-- 1789.00
E-3-- 1789.00
E-4-- 1789.00
E-5-- 1976.00
E-6-- 2191.00
E-7-- 2232.00
E-8-- 2277.00
E-9-- 2377.00

As a national guardsmen, you will not receive BAH.

Why do you keep asking.

As a National Guardsmen, you will receive Drill Pay, thats it.

The answers are not going to change if you just keep asking the same questions, my dear. Let me make it very clear:

Only active duty soldiers get housing allowance.

Even IF that were not the case, you STILL would not get housing allowance. In the active duty, only those of the rank of E-4 or higher are entitled to live off base if they are unmarried and with no dependents. Unmarried soldiers below E-4 live in the barracks.

it's based on your duty station and paygrade. typically, single AD members are not entitled to BAH until they reach at least E4, sometimes not until E5.

Reserves and Guard do not get BAH unless they have been activated for more than 30 days.

The only active duty military living in O.C. (I believe, someone correct me if I'm wrong) are recruiters and coast guard. And recruiters know where to get answers to this. So why are you asking? There aren't any bases there anymore...
