My boyfriend is in Marine bootcamp. My QUESTION for someone who would know, is why would the doctors allow him to remain in bootcamp after removal of the toenails(complete on one) and failing of his hearing test. It was stated that the doctors wanted him retested the several times for his hearing. He did not request it. Also, he continues to have problems while training due to the hearing problem. Why would they allow him to stay?

The two naval ships off the coast are they still there ? I am sure they are . That isn't an invite to tea I am sure .

Between Israel and America it seems that one or the other will attack and soon.

What do you think and who will actuall "pull the trigger" and who will it be that is the back up just in case.

Will Israel go after them and risk a multi front war ? Will America go ?

Or is America so bankrupt and it's military so thin that all of this is no more than sabre rattleing by a spent nation?

My boyfriend is in Marine bootcamp and has remained on light duty as he has had severe ingrown nails, which have been removed by military doctors while in bootcamp. Also, after 3 trys he passed the hearing test. My questions are why would the military doctors do this to him. Let him remain with foot problems and so many trys to pass the hearing test?

I've been in the Army, National Guard, since May26, 2006, but took a three month leave from September until December. Do you think I'd be able to get out? I went to Basic but not to AIT. And I just contracted in ROTC thinking that it would better my future, but I am utterly and completely miserable. Borderline depressed. I've barely begun. The miltary has barely paid me anything, I've only been to one drill, and Basic Training. Rotc hasn't even paid me for this month. What can I do???? PLEASE HELP.

We Military personnel are proud to have served our country. Why don't we have all the respect of the corparations when we return to civillan life? The Labor Laws give them the ability to make you feel like you served a un deserving society with all the red tape they throw at you when you come home. Should National Guard Veterans have their poor credit history wiped clean after serving on Active duty during a national conflict or war? All you patriotes can be the first to answer,

Does any one have any information regarding this incident? I was unable to find anything on the 'Net. Thanks a Bunch.
