I have 2 vehicles and we really dont want to have to drive both. Also I know they pay you per diem for you travel back to your HOA but do they reimburse you for gas?

You get paid travel mileage and per diem for your trip back home just like it was a PCS move. You can ship a vehicle, but remember, it's counted toward your total HHG weight limit.

After you have cleared the base and are already home, you will be able to mail the paperwork to receive Gas, mileage and TDY pay for ONE vehicle, GOOD LUCK to you

If you are married, they will pay for you to drive one vehicle and ship the other. If not you are on your own.

If you are overseas they will.
You will get a very large TLA, Per diem is always much more than you need.

not if it is CONUS. they will only ship cars (and only one at that) to or from OCONUS.

milegage is paid at like a 13 cents a mile or some such number. Might be higher or lower.
