What are the exceptions of being drafted?

There are no 'rules' because Congress has not written legislation for a draft. The 'rules' for a draft will be part of that legislation.

So unless the Democrats have their way - you have nothing to worry about.

Until there actually is a draft nobody can tell you the exceptions. I'll tell you one thing you can bet on, the maggots who went to college and avoided the draft last time won't be so lucky the next time.
