that the un-named loser who killed the students at Virginia Tech was actually a victim, nay, a poor troubled soul with mental issues... And the poor 17-year old un-named loser who accidentaly killed Sean Taylor was, again, a victim because he didn't mean to kill anyone, he just wanted to rob him. It is odd that the 19- year old loser who shot up the mall yesterday is actually a punk with no job and no girlfriend and no future and everyone saw this coming? Why is it that a white murderer is a real criminal but a minority criminal is a victim of the system (and yes this includes the Jena Six defendant who was arrested about six times before he got arrested for possesion.)

I have a question for you boys in blue. I grew up with guns. I've hunted and shot in tournaments since I was a kid. I spent 6 years in the army and was a member of the marksmanship team. I have no criminal record whatsoever. I go to church and I pay my taxes. I have completed the concealed carry traing and have a permit. What would you say if I had been at the mall in Omaha and carrying my weapon? Are officers opposed to concealed carry? I have no doubt that I have the training and ability to stop a crazed gunman. Not only that, but do I have the right to protect my life and family from these lunatics?

last month my 16 year old was walking down the hall with a friend and kids were in front and behind him someone threw something and a kid in front of him got really mad and turnd around and thought it was my son, grabbed him and started punching him,he had to defend himself.well school policy they both were expelld from school for 3 days, thats fine, hopeing it would cool things off with the kid.but a few days later my son was at a friends house and a van pulled up and six kids jumped out and this same boy and my son fought.I wanted to call police but around here it would not have done no good.Since he was in trouble now he is considered a troubl ,maker.I have to go to a hearing next month he is being charged with disorderly contuct-summary from the school insident, they say it school policy to send it to our local magistrates. We plead not guilty because my son was just protecting himself, and i believe he is afraid of this kid and others now at school.Legal aid say they cant help, help?

I saw on CNN news... What caused Hawkins to Snap?

Duh.

1. His family put him out of the house. He not welcome to celebrate Thanksgiving or Christmas with his family.

2. You guys labeled him FELON on his record. Ruined the kid's life forever. No 2nd chance. Nobody wants to hire him for job. Just cause he did drug, why not REHAB for the kid, not FELON.

3. McDonalds fired him, maybe because he lied on his application that he wasn't a felon and girlfriend broke up with him. Somebody should have put the poor kid in counseling... if they have notice him being depress.

Americans are so insensitive. That is all you guys said, ME ME ME... not care about others.
And if you guys just stop and care about other, then none of this violence would have happen.

They collect money from almost every passenger and incoming shipments , else no go.

similarly many cities in india, where immigration officers take 100 to 500 rs per passenger to clear them (outbound) eg. chennai airport. They even pass many passengers without NOC.
Many fake passports are made in Chennai and Trichy for few thousand rupees.

Hi,

Is "Income Tax Assessment Order" equal to "IT return form"? I am asking this because I have to get my address proof and I have with me IT return forms of the last 4 years of my current residence.
The site http://passport.gov.in/cpv/checklist.htm says that I can use Income Tax Assessment Order as address proof. But all I have are IT return forms !!

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Gaurav Kadyan

the ELS was from the marine corps. it was 8 years ago and was for failure to disclose prior service marijuana use. i failed the uranlysis and was sent home with eligibility to re-enlist in two years. i also have a summary offense ticket from that same year. since then i have enrolled in a municipal police academy(one at your own expense with no guaranteed job afterwards, you only receive cert. to become a police officer if hired), been employed as a correctional officer, an armed security officer subcontracted by federal government, and held numerous other armed security jobs and certifications/liscensures. i have also avoided any kind of trouble since 2000, not even traffic tickets. i am just wondering what kind of chance i have in succeding. i am looking for awensers from police officers but mainly background investigators who may come across this question. HELP!!

Why don't they just use a taser on a dog instead of a Gun.
Are police that sadistic.
I saw this dog get shot on the news and it really upset me.
It was a pit bull /cross that attacked someone (most likely a provoked attack)Police responded and the dog approached not lunged at officer and he unloaded his weapon.
Thank god he is under investigation.....After the Complaints from Bystanders.

I think this cop enjoyed it.(Sick)
They should have a Strict Policy to use a taser instead of a gun on Animals.
Or if cops are too stupid to handle it any other way then a gun, let the experts(animal control) handle it instead.

What do you think?

Do police really care if they've got the right guy or not or are they more interested in getting a promotion and pay rise and making sure they can look forward to retiring on a healthy pension scheme to live off?

How many honest cops are there really out there? Isn't their image and reputation more important to them than who they lock up after all isn't it better to pin it on someone rather than on no one otherwise people might lose confidence in the force and maybe even in the justice system itself?
