They're both dangerous - there are people trying to kill you.

Hopefully Iraq will eventually end. Unfortunately crime in the US will only get worse as time goes on.

I guess that all depends on where the soilder is in Iraq and what his position is and as for cops, it all depends on the city he works in... Both are very dangerous jobs...

As an officer, our jobs are very dangerous and we do put ourselves in harms way in most situations we get called to. I would have to say the boys in Iraq. We usually don't have people that are purposely out there to kill us with bombs and bullets.

At least when cops go home and sleep at night, they are out of the danger. Soldiers in Iraq are never afforded that.

Personally I would not ask that question unless you are seeking one of the two jobs out for real life. Both jobs will put you in harms ways.

Some old information talked about how one officer dies every day in our country.

As far as Iraq goes, it was a lie and our Soldiers are paying for it. You all know its a lie so, the thumbs down only shows that your trying to cover up G Bush's LIES!

Being a soldier in IRAQ is much more dangerous. May GOD BLESS each and every one of them and I pray for them for a safe return to their family.

I think it depends on where the officer is located at. An officer in Gary IN, yes i think the danger is equal, an officer in a small town...not so much.
