Celebrating the fact that i was accepted into arguably the best university (post-graduate) in the world for what i do, i had a few too many and got cautioned (the £80 kind) for drunk and disorderly. I have worked damn hard to get where i am (about 18hrs/day every day for 5 years) dont want to lose the chance for the international career i have developed. Have i screwed it all up, am i over-reacting, is there anything that i can do ... please help!

I'm just wondering, if it is.. it just pisses me off everytime I think about it... happenned about 2 years ago, and
I still get pissed off everytime I think about it...
it was for no reason too, they "thought" that I was gonna do something bad, so they tackled me to the ground and then punched me and kicked me ..i am not sure if they can do that legally or not, i mean they can probably tackle you if you try to run away or something (which I didnt), but is it ok for them to do the punching/kicking also? just wondering..

My brother is a piece of crap but im just wondering whats going to happen to him. he got arrested yesterday and i guess was charged with 2 counts of a class A felony. He tried to sell ecstasy and special K to a undercover police officer I believe. Hes the black sheep of our family, Ive never even done drugs! I had to look up what special k even was. They also charged him as well with a class a misdeamenor for having marijuana as well. How much jail time is he looking at?

Where I live, it's motorbikes in the park. Where you could and should expect to find children playing and people exercising their dogs, you find motorbikes doing wheelies, racing around and 'buzzing' anyone around.

My bfs brother was arrested and kept in jail overnight on saturday for drink driving. he had been at his mates house drinking when he heard a smash outside. he ran out and saw a car drive off. that car had just driven into the driveway and smahed his car. so my blokes bro got into his car and chased them down the road (over the limit). the police pulled him over and found he was drunk. they wouldnt listen to him when he told them someone had commited criminal damage on his car. they just arrested him and now he has to face court and its guna cost him £2k to fix the car. he went bak to the police today to report the criminal damage act but they said he has no proof and since he was drink driving he oculd hav easily caused the damage himself by crashing or something. will the ppl who commited the damage get away with it?

I am under 18 and I was under 18 when I got charged with 5th degree assault and minor consumption, these are in my juvenile record. I am currently on probation until 8 more days when I am finally finished. These did not go into my real adult record. Do they still prevent me from being a policemen? I will not be charged with these again and I will not get in trouble with the law again because I have learned my lesson.

I have given my social security number to many companies. However, what happens when you give it to them? I once gave it to a paramedic...why would he need for? What can a EMT do with my social security number? Does my social security number become tied up in state and federal records? Will government officials be able to see my social security number now that has it been given? Or is there some sort of privacy for the holder of a social security number? When and how do they look for it when necessary?? Any answers??

This past week a 22 year old officer in our city was shot and killed by a 15 year old punk who just wanted to see what it would be like to kill a cop. If the officer had shot and killed the 15 year old in self defense, there would be all kinds of demonstrations about police brutality. His momma, aunts, etc., would all be up in arms crying about what a nice good boy he was who wouldn't hurt a fly. The young officer would be investegated back to birth and probably have his career ruined as killing a "child" would follow him for life. Instead he is the dead one. Where are you Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson? I see you didn't get on this band wagon as it shows that some of these children are just as dangerous anyone out there with a gun and looking for thrills and thinking this will gain them respect. By the way, momma or any other relative has yet to open their mouths. Is this the type of justice we want in our country?

Hi, i post alot, asking how to be a swat menber, but i never get what i wnat, they never tell me what i need, guys, what i need is, i am only 13, but i am learning about swat menbers, they are really awsome! i want to become one, they are really cool, best job, ok, so first,i need to be a regular police officer to be a swat right? a few years of police, then swat, ok, but what do i need?!? tell me the things i i need, dont tell me stuff like, having this helps, or having a military backround helps, but its not required, tell me whats real required, not just telling me stuff that helps, am not going to spend my time, on doing something that it isnt required, so i be a police officer, what do i need for that? cj degree, thats it? or what, then after a few years, swat, then what do i need, just cj career??? tell me what i really need, not what helps, please i am really intrested on knowing about swat, even known am 13, so i need to graduate, with a cj degree, i just need facts, thanks!

I think what I am asking is; the person they raped and murdered or just a cold blooded murder that took a life that was pleading not to kill them, but did.... Is it fair even if they get the death penalty, that they die quietly in their sleep by lethal injection? They say its inhumane to do that to them, but it was VERY INHUMANE what they did to their victim. To me its not fair. I want to know what others think. To me its B S... But thats just me. Thank you.
