That is defacing someones property; against the law in every jurisdiction I know of. How would you feel if someone did it to your car? I hope you have a lot of money; you would have to if you did it to me, plus extremely high legal fees .

yes a gun is a gun is a gun.whether its a fake gun ,a bb gun,a paintball gun you could be arrested for aggravated assault and defacing personal property and if you hurt someone well the list goes on and on.so the answer is YES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
