I'm really curious as to what could happen, because my friends always talk about doing it when they get caught jaywalking across the street to the campus, and there's very often a Fullerton police officer waiting at the corner of the campus driveway to stop and cite students that cross over from the apartment complex in the middle of the road when they are supposed to go down to the crosswalk to cross legally. One time my friend was walking with me to campus and we decided to jaywalk, and I was like dude I don't want a ticket, and he was like just say your name is "Brad Thompson" or something like that! What would the officer do if something like that was to happen?

4 youths in Cranberra recently pulled off a trick of breathtaking bravado to gain revenge on a mobile speed-camera van operating in th area. 3 of the group approached the van and distracted the operator's attention by asking Q. on how equpment works and average cars caught speedin in a day.
Meanwhile.the 4th guy sneaked to the front of the van and unscrewed its # plate. They drove home and fixed the plates to the car and drove through the camera's radar just over the speed limit 17 times, as a result the automated billing system issued 17 speeding fines to itself ...

I have neighbors that I think are dealing drugs. There are several people coming in and out of their apartment none stop daily. I counted 13 cars, some twice the other day. At night they will turn off their lights as soon as they pull in. And they never stay more than a few minutes. One person that I seen going in was a neighbor at a previous address that went to jail for poss. of crack. Question is, I have called the city police 3 times and left my name and number and left messages on the narcotics officers voice mail. I have not gotten any call backs. What would be the next step? State police?

Ok, i have been looking for a car and the cleveland.com/autos website is supposed to be from the plain dealer and supposed to be reliable. I asked this one guy about a car that was extremely cheap for the miles it had and also only 3 years old. He typed back his name and a speech about his car. So he didnt write back right away so i looked at another, and wrote him an e mail. He was the same man with the same speech. But they both said that he just moved and only had this ONE car to sell. Everytime i ask him a different question, i get back an e mail about how to give him my money. Please help!? i dont want other people to believe him and get ripped off

Next week I will travel to Denmark and Im worried about being stopped by the police because of this and wont being able to enter again to england,,,, I know what i did was totally wrong, Im really sorry, I was so stupid, It was my first time and obviously my last one, but i didnt kill anyone, Is what I did too serious that now i cant enter england any more? I was told by my recruiter not to mention a couple misdemeanor charges I had from a while back when going to MEPS, so I did not, after I swore in and signed my contract for the Navy, MEPS found out I had lied on my application, and I was discharged from the Navy DEP program, now I am trying to enlist in the Army, and have disclosed all info to my new recruiter, but I am curious if because I "lied" to MEPS for the Navy, will that affect my entry into the Army, or is it a new process for all branches?

My boyfriend got an Underage DUI (He had been 18 for about three months at the time off arrest) and this happened about a year ago. He got a DUI lawyer and his lawyer told him about a month ago that he needed to do forty hours of community service, take an alcohol evaluation, and go to 24 hours of DUI school. He wants to go into the Army National Guard. His lawyer has told him since he has done all this prior to his court date and wanting to go into the Guard will drop his DUI to reckless driving and that there will be no probation or any further punishment at all? Is this true? What are any possible outcomes? It's in the state of Georgia and harsh answers are better, I want to know the full reality of what might happen

hey , so was it all worth it? do you regret being a cop? I mean I been trying to be a police officer since I was a kid. but I want to know is it actually saving peoples lives, taking down crooks , and making the world safer. or is it mostly just writing seatbelt tickets , and traffic tickets. and you know stuff that gets on peoples nerves. was there enough action in it? do you fell like you did some good , or do you fell like(no disrespect) you where some pawn in the goverments game?

I was at the beach in california with my a few of my friends and I was the oldest one there. I was only standing with my friends watching them fishing. I wasn't holding nothing on my hands, while One of my friend were fishing. He was actually holding the fishing reel with a fish hanging onto it when the police officer got to us. One police officer came and told me to give out any infomation that he needed and told me to sign something. i did everything that was asked. Then told him that I wasn't fishing at all and that I was only visiting...watching my friends and other people fishing only.

I went to court for that case. The judge asked me to pay the find, but I said I don't except it because I'm not guilty. I explain to the judge what exactly was happending at that time. He then set another court date for this. Apparently I forgot that court date so I didn't show up for it. I had a warrant for that. Tomorrow I have court and I'll show up for sure. Any adivce???
