No........... Traffic tickets are not criminal charges so they will not violate your probation.... Unless its a criminal traffic charge such as DUI.

Wow.....Let's take a closer look at this. Two - maybe at a stretch, three seat belt violations - but four??
What the hell is he thinking?
Better check with his probation officer on this one - it's a misdemeanor at best. Unfortunately, it's also a misdemeanor times four. It demonstrates a general disrespect for the law, and that's not the way to influence people and win support from your probation officer.

Check the terms of his probation. In some cases, it may be seen as a violation, even as a Class C misdemeanor.

I guess that your brother likes to skate on the thinnest ice possible. Unfortunate. On one of these 'stops' he may get charged with something a bit more serious than seat belt difficulties. Why fly close to the flame?

yes they can violate his probation for not obeying the law i doubt they will however because its a nonserious misdemeanor
