Couple of thigns that might help, first, if you have been arrested for more than one or two alcohol related offenses and you are still underage (Assuming you are underage with the MIP), consider yourself having problems.
That said, your criminal record may have an effect, but only with an employer, most states will still license you as an RN and such with that level record. ASSUMING that the Impaired driving is a misdemeanor, felonies are an entirely different story and usually go on a case by case basis.
If the basis of your question is "Does this completely destroy my chances of a career in medicine?" the answer is a resounding 'no'.
Statistically speaking, those in the medical field have the highest rate of presription drug abuse.

Disorderly conduct, impaired driving, and something to do with alcohol? To practice medicine or anything beyond the basics of nursing you have to be licensed. You need to check with the licensing body of whatever you want to go for and have them give you the final word on if they will license you based on your past. I would check with them before you start doing all of the training to become a nurse then find out you are not eligible for a nursing license.
They might be able to overlook some bad behavior but this probably depends on how long ago it was. If this was all last weekend you might want to look into doing something else.

any criminal conduct will exclude you from the care force. They do a background check, fingerprint you and run it thru the justice dept. They also do a credit check and reference checks. Sorry but the alcohol problems and the conduct have messed you up.

It depends on where in medical field you want to work. Some places will not hire you if you have an arrest or two...it's seen as poor impulse control or you have potential to endanger clients.
