I was told by my recruiter not to mention a couple misdemeanor charges I had from a while back when going to MEPS, so I did not, after I swore in and signed my contract for the Navy, MEPS found out I had lied on my application, and I was discharged from the Navy DEP program, now I am trying to enlist in the Army, and have disclosed all info to my new recruiter, but I am curious if because I "lied" to MEPS for the Navy, will that affect my entry into the Army, or is it a new process for all branches?

I would hope you disclosed your encounter with the Navy...to the Army. If not...you may find yourself looking again!

Best wishes.

You can try, but once you lie, they question your credibility.
