what are the penalties for driving on a revocation, and can you go to a judge for a restricted to go to work and back?

You may be able to obtain a restricted license if your current privileges are suspended. If your license is revoked, you're walking. The fine can be up to a thousand dollars, and up to a year in jail. This could vary by state.

You can petition the courts for a limited liscense to drive to work and home. The penalties are fines and a longer suspension if the revocation was not permanent. If it is you'll be fined and not get a limited.

revoked means no license and yes you can go to judge to get a hardship license to use to drive to work and back home but can only be used for that purpose

Penalties are applied according to the state you live in. and Yes you can go to traffic court and plea your case regarding a restricted license.

i dont know the penalties but, you can drive, just don't get caught. obey the traffic laws, so you will not get another ticket.
