Do you feel the local authorities in Richmond Virginia tried to cover this up? What punishment would be fitting for MICHAEL VICK, aka POS, if convicted of this act of torture? The max the law allows is 6 years and $350,000 btw.

I got a speeding ticket about 1 year ago, just had my DMV report pulled, and its not there. While that seems like a good thing, when i got the ticket it was very suspicious, and im wondering if anyone knows WHY a ticket wouldnt be on my record 1 year later. I know they take 2 years to fall off.
There was a major speed trap set up, lots of people from out of town, such as myself, is it possible they just wrote up fake tickets, knowing people from out of town wouldnt fight it due to being from out of town, collected the ticket fees, but never filed them because they werent legitimate to begin with?

I have had serious health problems that I discovered to be from aspartame, and chemically it digests into several very harmfull chemicals that cause dozens of health problems. Now I find myself tossing out food/beverages left and right when I see it on the fine print when it's not even boldly listed on the front of the product.

There have been thousands of reports of visions and blindness issues and the chemical side of things shows that this chemical obviously causes more harm than good. Why does the FDA allow this stuff in our food supply?

I knew a man who worked in an aspartame plant and they stored the raw chemical in a guarded safe, mostly due to it's extreme risk and carcinogenic dangers, so how is it OK to water it down with fillers and put it in every diet product known to man?

I called into my local police department to let them know about a vehicle parked at a business with its brake lights and interior lights on. It was 2 in the morning. They told me it would be a while before anyone could get there. I decided to drive back by and make sure I didn't see anyone actually trying to break into the car. The police had already got there. I drove on by, never stopping or getting out of my car. A few days later I got a ticket in the mail for Obstruction of Official Duty. The police are very familiar with me, because I have done many ride-alongs with them and they know I want to become a police officer. This felt like such a slap in the face. My question to you guys is, do you really think I did anything wrong?? I have to appear in court for it tomorrow.

Recently, I had gone to the Police Station to report a problem and the Officer I was speaking with had his sharp eyes right on me like he was a hawk out on a desert and me being "lunch," which totally made me feel very nervous and I'm not good with people meaning I'm a very shy person and very reserved so I felt extra nervous. This is pretty normal reaction right? My best friend and I were talking the other day that Police Officers are trained to detect a person from lying to not lying by the person's body language. If I'm shy and nervous in general and shifts my body or look away when the Officer stares into my eyes would you think that I was lying? because I wasn't. I did these things because I've never been in that situation before and since I'm a reserved person not sure how I was suppose to react to his stares. I wanted to say the word "Awkward" towards him, but I didn't. My "Q" is why do Police Officers have to stare like that? Makes me feel uncomfortable and awkward.

I was treated in an intimidating way while crossing from Canada to the USA. After two days and seven hours of being intimidated and insulted by my country's 'officers' I was allowed to return to my home in Washington state. I wrote to my congressmen but I would like to take it further. Who else can I tell this story to? I am ashamed that US officers are allowed to act like gestapo. Sickened, really. Pissed to the point of being enraged.

I went for a walk with my mom, my two children and our dogs. My youngest child is 18 months and both our dogs are very small. One is a Yorkie mix and my dog is a Min Pin. We often go for walks and we have never encountered any problems, except for today. We were minding our own business, walking down the street. We live in a very quiet neighborhood. Out of nowhere came this German Sheppard and he beelined for my dog. He had coaxed his way thru his fence. Needless to say I kept screaming NO! and my poor dog went airborne because it was all I could do to keep the dog from attacking my dog and he almost succeeded in biting her. His jaws were big enough to sever her spine. My mom was trying her best to shield the baby, who was in the stroller and her dog, which she had picked up as all the commotion was going on. In the midst of all the screaming, the dog's owner got his attention and asked for our welfare and deeply apologized. What's to keep that dog from attacking us again?

my husband got a ticket back in feb for speeding in new york, he is military and has a ca license. we paid the fine, but today a letter showed up stating we had to pay another 300 dollars for their driver responsibility assessment. it states in the later, that "your new york drivers license and/or privelgae of obtaining a NYS drivers license will be suspended if you fail to pay the minimum annual payment amount." since he has a ca license does he have to pay it? do they report it to the ca dmv, and then we pay them? any help would be appreciated. thanks
