All states are members of the Non-Resident Violator Compact except Alaska, California, Michigan, Montana, and Wisconsin. Additionally, the Driver License Compact is a similar interstate compact that follows the "One Driver, One License, One Record" principle. All states are members except for Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
