In August 2002 I was cited for a DUI in CALIFORNIA.. Although I was never taken to trial, or took any plea; my license was reinstated in May 2004 than suspended in October 2006 because somehow the case became active. Can I file a Motion to Dismiss based on the time variance?

I once found $1,300 and blew it at a casino. That was 2 years ago...I should have returned it to its owner, but there are serious reasons I didn't.

We are provided with three concrete benches at our footpath..The building sweepers, the hawkers, shopkeepers throw their garbage every day in wee hours and at times even some vehicle owners fling their left overs even if some qone sits in that bench and cause inconvienience. In our area a van collects the garbage at a scheduled time..why can't they muddle up everything and handover to the collecting vans in a plastic bag? Why they want to do everything at a stone throw level without respecting their civic responsibility at the cost of there own bretheren? Why goverment is not providing closed bins for the respective buildings societies and keep a fix date time to collect the garbage penalise if not followed!!!what punishment will be the best for this type of offenders who litters the mother earth by their sefish actions without caring for their next kieth and kin? Can't the police and B.M.C. join together with the help of local NGO's and make mumbai a decent place to live and enjoy?

most of the places in Bombay are controlled by local dons who send their subordinates to collect haftha from individual vendors and these hawkers occupy the footpath to add agony some of the shopkeepers even display their goods outside their area by creating nuisance to the common man, distrupting the traffic, create menace, throw litters everywhere after their business ( both the hawkers, vendors) If some one question them they show their muscle power with their supported officials who turn a blind eye on their activities because they get their regular extra money..Why they don't care for civic responsibilities and act tough with them? BMC Van / Wireless Van/Beat bikes you will most of the times see them doing nothing except advising us hide and seek methods go here go there we r running short of staff are their common saying..When these things will be corrected and we will have a breathing space and a safe protection of our foot paths? and get rid of this himalayan problem? who will act

My god I live in Long Island, a little island in New York. The cops in my town get paid 100k, considered the second highest paid cops in the nation. All these donut eaters do is give us teenagers tickets. Crime rate in my town is like 0% so all they do is sit around and go bother teenagers in the city that driving a little fast than the speed limit.

At 2220 hours I was dispatched to 3880 willow st., Costa Mesa, CA 92344 to investigate a reported spousal abuse. On arrival I met with the victim, Jane Wesson.

Jane told me his husband, Bill Wesson, came home from work reek of alcohol. He had an interview that wasn’t successful. They started fighting and one thing led to another. He grabbed her by the neck and slap her left cheek with his right hand.

I asked Bill if he was hurt and he said no. I told him he is being arrested for domestic violence. I told him to turn around, put his hand behind his head and spread his leg.

Evidence
1) Photograph: 1) Neck.
2) Left cheek, Right Cheek, Full Headshot.

Forward this report to the investigation division

in Germany you're allowed to drink when you're 16 but the age to get a drivers licence is 18. On the other hand in New Zealand you can drive when you're 15 but the drinking age is 18. What do reckon is the better system? Do you have a better idea when to set the drinking/driving age?

I was recently assaulted at crown casino,
And would just like to know what will happen, as i haven't spoken to the police yet to make a statement, the incident is (i'd assume) on camera, and they caught the guy who decided his beer glass would look better smashed into the side of my head.
if any links or posts similar to this would be greatly appreciated.
thankyou.

i work with this idiot who braggs to all he is a bounty hunter, possible, but to add more stupidity, he claims he is an on call special agent for the local tri state sheriffs office. he always runs his mouth that he is on call, going to bust a drug ring, or bring them in to jail dead or alive. and also he says he can record any phone call, sure the technology is available, but i do not believe it is legal. but i know enough about human nature that braggarts, or anyone who has a sensitive job as he says, is all mouth.
all i would like to know, is wiretapping legal. can a person record anything with out telling the other party on the other end.
and can a civilian get a court order to record also.
and do they or anyone appoint a special deputy, , and why does he need a ccw if he is a police officer

I know when you come to this question you will think, " Is this person mental?? ". I'm concerned about a friend who might have bought a stolen LV purse knowing it was stolen property. I would like to know if that would be illegal. Sorry, I'm nieve. Help me!!

PS - Her parents might have been involved in this, since it took place in New York City and she, nor I, live anywhere near there.

Thank you!!
