The two groups are seated in two different rooms and the mediator travels back and forth with proposals from each side. It is pretty much a boring day of sitting and waiting for the mediator to come back to your room with a new note. The mediator should not express their opinion, basically he/she is a messenger person. If no proposal is accepted then you can continue onto court. Like I said it is a long day, bring a couple of crossword puzzles. Good luck!
