Depending of the seriousness of the "prank" you played on that poor fellow.. hahaha..

And what is e main issue of your country..If you play a "terrorism" prank call... they will track you down no matter at what cost..

If it's just like..... "Time to wake up & pee.." etc..
I don't think they would bother to do a call tracing...
Unless the fellow being pranked by you is willing to pay a certain fee for the telecomunications to do a call tracing and make a police report followed by engaging a lawyer to sue you for civil rights. Spending such money is silly right?

So, it's for you to review and judge again!

Yep it can get you a big fine if you get caught. Especially if the people you pranked were the police.
